A moving archery shooting range
The archery center can reach any location in Israel! We have established a unique layout in which we can reach any place in the country and do fun worker days, executive workshops, birthdays and landmark events for organizations and companies.
We set up a safe, organized shooting range at a pre chosen location, and do an activity for the participants – whether with enriching archery activities, a solidifying experience for the staff, or competitions between groups and individuals.
Fun worker days
Workers fun days are a great way to strengthen the bond between workers, improve their performances and of course the business’s achievements. The interactive get-together provides an immediate connection and a well-deserved break from every day corporate life. After such days, workers are more vigor, happy, motivated and willing to cooperate with others in a more dynamic and effective way. The activity also improves the connection between managers and their teams, and between the teammates themselves. With the archery center, this is all happening while you refine your goals.

Archery is an art form that allows the individual to acquire different skills such as accuracy, persistence, perseverance, focus, observing and learning quickly from mistakes. 1.“Dress casual day – Target management”
We are currently living in an era in which globalization forces us to always improve our skills, get significant results, and especially – make smart decisions quickly.
Our “Dress casual day – Target management allows the directors, executives and team leaders to redefine work goals and hit the target (quite literally).
The activity includes:
- A short introduction to the world of archery, including safety instructions
- Training by basic personal instinct
- Learning about correct shooting and improving performances
- Training one another while implementing the shooting strategies studied
- Single/Team competition in order to implement the lesson, while setting a goal (by the teams), and examining the decision-making process in each team.
- Concluding the exercise and personal and team analysis according to the pre-decided objectives and goals of the organization/company.
During the activity we will be working on:
- Setting goals and reaching targets
- Personal empowerment
- Compering the connection between bow and arrow shooting process to the communication between the manager to the employee’s
- Conveying messages accurately
The management workshops can include messages/values/content which the team leaders want to emphasize, as well as a pre-set of what the teams should learn during the day.

2. Dress casual day – ODT3D
Responsiveness, decision making, working in a changing environment, getting quick and meaningful results – are all just part of the “Dress casual day – ODT” experience. Through archery, you can get accuracy, precision, perseverance, consistency, learning from mistakes and fixing them, focus, an ability to re-examining situations and much more, while reaching your business goals.
All of this and more allows you to redefine the goals in the work place, spot them, aim at them and hit the bull’s eye.
The activity includes:
- A short introduction to the world of archery, including safety instructions
- Training by basic personal instinct – where each participant shoots at their own understanding and strategy
- Compering the connection between bow and arrow shooting process to the communication between the manager to the employee’s
- Learning about correct shooting and improving performances
- Training one another while implementing the shooting strategies studied
- Shooting in a guided social dynamic situation
- 3D shooting range– to exercise different environments and circumstances
It is also possible to combine single/group activity while setting goals and exploring the decision-making processes in each team.
These management workshops can include messages/values/content which the team leaders want to emphasize, as well as a pre-set of what the teams should learn during the day.
The workshop is designed for 20 participants, and the duration of the activity is 4 hours.
